Easiet bread pudding recipe yumsssss

This recipe is as simple as 1,2,3
1. Mix
2. Arrange
3. Bake
N then serve it warm with a splash of milk/condensed milk or scoop of ice cream.. Heaven!
Oh oh maybe some whipped cream n own choice of fruits.. Wow!!

Good news for not a pro baker like me, as I'm not fully equipped with all those fancy baking stuff too.
I just took a trip to Giant (local grocery) n I got everything i need. 

Ingredients:
- 500ml (2 cups) of milk
- 4 eggs
- 6 croissants (rm4.9 from giant)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
- 3/4 cup of sugar 
- Raisin (optional)
- Butter to spread over the baking pan

Equipment:
- oven
- baking pan preferably square (can get from daisho rm5)
- large mixing bowl
- whisk 
- measuring cup

Preheat oven 350 degree 
Mine is mini oven so the max is 250 degree. Oh well, as long as it works. 

Step 1 - MIX
- Break 4 eggs in a large mixing bowl
- Pour in the milk, followed by sugar, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk it! Until the sugar dissolve. Set aside. Now move on to the next step

Step 2 - ARRANGE 
- Cut the croissants into small pieces/ cubes. If possible don't flatten it, let it remain airy.
- Spread butter over the baking pan, evenly (to prevent the side of pudding from burning)
- Arrange the croissants in the pan n sprinkle raisins (hide the raisins between croissants if u don't like it burnt)
- Pour the egg n milk mixture into the pan n use a fork to lightly press the croissants n let it absorb the egg n milk mixture. **bubble bubble**

Step 3 - BAKE!
- what i did differs from recipe i got from the internet. it says bake it in pre heated oven, 350 degree for 45 mins.
- i baked them in mini oven, 250 degree top n bottom heat n the top of it turned brown in around 5 to 7 mins.
- So I switched it to 120 dregree n bottom heat only n continue baking for another 25 to 30 mins.
I suggest mini oven user to check it from time to time cuz the heat travels differently from proper oven.

Cut open the centre of the whole tray of bread pudding to check if it solidify.

Sigh.. Just eat it already!! *burps*


I use :

2nd carton from left is exactly 500ml

9x9 medium sized baking pan


any kind of vanilla extract
